The holiday season typically rings in an ageless tradition at many old-line agencies ... relaxation.
It's not unusual for many shops to operate with skeleton staffs, or for the truly relaxed ... some actually close completely each year between Christmas and New Years. We're not, so I'm allowed to mock them from afar.
